No, I was just going to weigh in 1st of all, since I can't get my camera straight, I was going to be. Have video off the whole time. My 2 cents where I agree with Scott, you need to ask the same questions. So, bottom line is, I think we just asked the 5 questions and that's it for tonight.

12:03 – 12:43•Jay Rosapepe

No, I was just saying on Thursday night, you know, when we come back in, if somebody cares to nominate somebody to be a council member, that would be a way. of decision after we deliberate in an open session. Because open session will certainly be, we may make points about what constitutes a good council member, what we're looking for. I hope we do when we nominate somebody, but it will be a nomination process. And then it is a majority rules. And we may end up with a 3-3, we may end up with a 4-2, but we go from there. So you're saying there's a motion to nominate? Absolutely.

37:22•Jay Rosapepe

I'm going to completely log out, shut down my computer and log back in and see if that works.

41:59 – 42:33•Jay Rosapepe

No, it did not, but I'm still here. Yeah, and Brandi, I think I'll be talking to you next week. Might be time for a new computer. Could somebody say something? Cause I can't hear you anymore.

42:59•Jay Rosapepe

Yeah, I can hear pretty well. It would be better if it was a little bit closer to the person we're interviewing. But otherwise, I can hear everything.

43:44•Jay Rosapepe

No, I can, you know, I heard I heard Paul very well though.

1:09:02 – 1:09:14•Jay Rosapepe

I'm glad you didn't allow to ask questions because, you know, it's a little bit different with the company since we all have our own different view. Correct. Correct. It would have been a slippery slope.

1:09:25•Jay Rosapepe

Yes or no? It's going well. We've got a lot of information. Alright, see you guys in about five.
