Go ahead and call our special meeting to order. It is now currently 744. If you could please have roll call. And I know Dawn said she was joining us virtually.

Thank you for that. And then, City Attorney, could you please read the closed session item?

Thank you for that. And do we need to have the public comment for this or if anybody wants to chime in? Okay, so I would ask Manny to start the two minute clock and anyone wishing to speak on this closed session agenda item, please go in the back of the kiosk to fill in that information or those online, please raise your hand. And so as we wait for this two minutes to chime down, I do not believe we have any in-person speakers. Manny, do we have any online speakers wishing to speak on this item?

Yeah, let's go ahead and let's give it like 10 more seconds and we'll go ahead and close it out. And then if there is anybody that chimes in before that, the rest of the 40 seconds comes in, let us know and we can have them go on the record for any comments. So let's go ahead and adjourn back to council chambers waiting for, and we'll have Manny out here to see if there's any public comment for this closed session agenda item.

WE'LL GO AHEAD AND CLOSE OUT AND GO BACK FOR OUR CLOSED SESSION ITEM. THANK YOU.

I'm going to report out now. calling us back to order from our closed session. And so I will go ahead and do the report out from our closed session. So in regards to item 3A, public employee appointment pursuant to government code section 54957B1, we as a city council gave direction to our special outside council along with our HR director and provided direction therewith. So thank you. Okay. Yes, go ahead and adjourn the meeting.
