Zoning Board of Adjustments - Regular Meeting

The Zoning Board of Adjustments approved two sign variances. The first was for Mendez Elementary School's electronic message sign, with conditions for reduced brick facade, increased setback, and limited operating hours. The second variance, for a Home Depot off-premise sign, was approved with the condition that other tenants in the development forfeit their right to additional pole signs.
