Planning and Zoning - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit for Elizabeth Child Care to increase its capacity to 12 children, with a condition to maintain the fence in good repair. The commission also approved three conditional use permits for Tier 2 drive-through restaurants (Taco Bell, and two other multi-tenant buildings) in The District development. Additionally, the commission recommended approval of the Summerlin subdivision annexation, preliminary plat, and development agreement modification, including waivers for block length and an open canal, and a modification to reconfigure certain lots.
