Board of Works and Public Safety - Regular Meeting

The Board of Works and Public Safety approved an IT independent contractor agreement, a sole source purchase for fire department CPR machines, and the upfitting of fire department administrative vehicles. They also approved the annual 4th of July parade and festival and denied a solicitor permit for door-to-door sales. A temporary permit was granted for a food truck to operate at its future restaurant location, and the purchase of SWAT team vests was approved contingent on funding.
