Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission considered four petitions. The first, a request for a parking variation to establish a bar with video gaming terminals in an existing beauty salon, was denied. The second, a planned development for a new buildable lot for a single-family home, was approved. The third, a conditional use for a packaged liquor sales establishment, was approved. The fourth, a conditional use for a haunted house, was also approved.
