Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved three out of four special use requests and rezonings, including a special use for auto repair, a rezoning for a single-family home to multifamily residential, and a special use for apartment buildings. A request to add electronic messaging to an existing off-premises sign was denied. The commission also elected its new officers.
