Planning & Zoning - Regular Meeting

The Planning and Zoning Commission approved the minutes from a previous meeting and then considered two public hearings. The first case, a subdivision and rezone request, was continued to the next meeting at the applicant's request. The second case, a site plan review for an addition to the Casper Ice Arena, was initially denied but then reconsidered and continued to the next meeting after a procedural discussion.
