Board of Zoning Appeals - Regular Meeting

The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) considered four dimensional appeals. The first appeal, for 400 Westchester Way, a request for a variance for an already constructed pergola and TV wall, failed to pass with a 3-3 vote. The second appeal, for 1788 Bowers, a request for a second-story addition to an existing non-conforming home, was approved unanimously. The third appeal, for 488 Willlets, a request to construct a new home with an attached garage on a lot that slopes to the rear, was also approved unanimously. The final appeal, for 1573 Chesterfield, a request to construct a new home with an attached garage on a corner lot, failed to pass with a 3-3 vote.
