Planning and Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Longview Planning and Zoning Commission approved two requests for zoning changes and one specific use permit. A request to rezone a subdivision from two-family to single-family was approved with an exclusion for one property, and an amendment to the unified development code to allow outdoor display, storage, and sales in light commercial zoning districts with a specific use permit was also approved. Additionally, a specific use permit for outdoor display, storage, and sales at 1905 West Loop 281 was granted.
