Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Conway Planning Commission approved a waiver request for a lot with unusual dimensions and several rezoning requests. The commission also approved two conditional use permits, one for religious activities in an agricultural zone and another for a single-family home in an office zone. A major modification denial appeal for the Fountain Blue Phase 2 development was overturned, allowing the project to proceed with its current facade.
