Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved several land use entitlement requests, including two tentative maps for single-family residential subdivisions in Summerlin and a special use permit for a motor vehicle rental use. The commission also approved a special use permit for a full alcohol off-premise use on Fremont Street, with the applicant committing to a full market feel and revitalization of the building. Several other items were trailed or denied, including a variance for an existing home addition and a request for no half-street improvements on Alpine Ridge Way.
