Requesting a dimensional/non-use variance for the placement of a freestanding sign in excess of the maximum height permitted by Section 1263.09 (Signs; Commercial and Industrial Districts). The applicant is seeking the placement of a 125-foot-tall freestanding sign, where the zoning ordinance allows for not more than 25 feet of height. Pursuant to Section 1263.09 and Section 1280.03.
