Planning & Zoning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Longview Planning and Zoning Commission conditionally approved two applications for residential plats, P25-08 DLS Rentals Alpine and P25-09 Ray Creek Estates Unit 5, both contingent on the applicants providing infrastructure cost estimates or installing the infrastructure. The meeting also included the approval of previous meeting minutes and consent agenda items.
