3:46 – 4:59•Russell A. King

I agree with it because that is one thing. We'll keep accepting it our fees are going to go up because they're going to have to continue getting our bins out you know I just picked up two loads of instruction material on the side of the road on Friday and precinct three constable was there with me the whole time closing the road for me so if we do close it we're going to have more trash on the roads if we don't close it we're going to go up on our we're going to have to figure out our piece I'll make a motion to close it for time being until we get with republic and find out what we can do on

5:08•Russell A. King

Temporary post construction material for housing projects for more citizens for regular trash services.

5:54 – 6:11•Russell A. King

And I think that's where we've had a talk in the past, especially during the budget season, is funding our fees. And that's probably the one we need to give is that one, making sure we're in favor of the structures that these big construction here are coming out of.

6:22 – 6:40•Russell A. King

But I'll get with the Republic and find out what we can do on that. We talked about it last time, you know, I can sit down. I don't have a bunch of construction fees, not everything else, but definitely the construction fees. But I'll get with the Republic to help us.

6:41 – 7:08•Gary Martin

Get a good beat what it's going to cost us at the collection facility yeah I think the big part of the problem is it's either one or two it's either there's so much volume that it doesn't pack well or there's a lot of grouping material and that stuff is happening so that's that's the two problems with construction all right any other discussion regarding agenda item number six

23:04 – 23:22•Russell A. King

I think another thing you can do, you can actually have the engineer that designed it go out there with you. I've had to do that on subdivisions as well. They've been able to help us out with it. Just have their engineer on site. Not our engineer, their engineer. That should not be a problem. Mr. Brady-Banks. Brady-Banks.

25:23•Russell A. King

I've been on both of these sites of County Road 210 and County Road 250.

30:44•Russell A. King

I'll make a motion to approve the name of the private land, Brantley, and Crescent Point.

30:55 – 31:09•Gary Martin

They're both in the same region. Are you talking about Taddy's? Yes, Tassie Langton's off of Brantley. Okay, and then I will make a motion to approve the name of the private land, Tassie Langton, and Crescent Point. Okay.

31:43•Russell A. King

I've been out there and looked at this. I'll make a motion to approve Cox Lane.

32:57 – 33:27•Russell A. King

So what had happened we went out to the illustrators noticed that a 30-inch cover doesn't fit in a 24-inch hole so we had a trip to come out here and look at everything he asked about box covers box covers are not within our paper regulations so that's the reason I asked him to put this on the board to see what your opinions are.

35:44•Russell A. King

We did have our contracting engineers out there with us during that meeting, so KCI knows that. Okay.

36:05•Russell A. King

That was the next part of the discussion, so I'm glad you brought that up. Yes, we actually had that discussion out there with KCI.

36:26 – 36:38•Gary Martin

They're 10 more expensive than just regular medical ones. But be that as it may, if we're gonna amend it, we might as well include RCT Reinforcement in 5G, just in case. That's what they want.

36:38 – 36:54•Russell A. King

So we're more expensive. Somebody wants to put in, I got no questions. No calls out. Last one, we're gonna report it in the middle of the night. When we make that amendment, I would include, not only the coverage, but like I said,

37:01•Gary Martin

Right, we may have to follow the recommendation that it needs to be addressed. Gotcha. Yeah, that's what my point was.

37:30 – 37:59•Russell A. King

Mr entertain a motion so I'm going to make a motion to prove the box culverts for block 25 26 and 27 and via los Flores sorry motion made by commissioner King second by commissioner agent any other discussion regarding B

39:18 – 39:34•Russell A. King

$36,000. It says right there $36,000 for one year in 2004. Okay. I'll make a motion to approve the government pilot software contract for one year of $38,000.

42:53 – 44:40•Gary Martin

Yes, we asked last year for this to be revised and updated. because we had the functional change of the state legislature increasing our statutory bid limit from $50,000 to $100,000. And then also we were having some issues with some other minor things in there, specifically having to get bids. Our policy required that we got bids if the amount was over $5,000, and that was a little bit cumbersome for There's some things we know that it costs about $17,000 to outfit a sheriff's vehicle, for example. Many times our repairs on our vehicles and equipment is over $5,000. So if you want to look at

48:10 – 48:37•Gary Martin

Okay all right I'll entertain a motion on agenda item number 11. I'll make a motion to authorize the county attorney and the sheriff to sign an mlb between the sheriff's office and the county attorney's office okay motion made by commissioner Martin seconded by commissioner King any other

49:10 – 49:45•Gary Martin

Yeah I forgot now what's been a month or so ago the sheriff brought several items that we approved in a group and since then he's had one more vehicle dropped out so this is to add that vehicle to the auction that vehicles cost me more in the last six months and it's working it's becoming a breakdown every other week so I need to get get it started okay I'll entertain a motion I said I don't know which one I'll make a motion to declare the 2022 Chevrolet pickup within number 1 GCP, WCEA 8, door receiver 111, 293 at surplus and cell availability. Second.

1:07:38•Russell A. King

They're going to be working, maybe in January of 2028. 2028, okay.

1:07:44 – 1:08:26•Gary Martin

I went to the San Antonio River County Board meeting last week where they approved our interlocal agreement, that's 41. We are leading the way for the other counties. They thanked us for getting us started and getting that going. So I know Commissioner Aiken and I are also talking again about possibly using some of our debts in nature. those projects over there. So it's been a good meeting. A lot of community members from around the county attended. I believe our representatives are representing as well.

1:09:03 – 1:09:32•Gary Martin

So I'm going to go ahead and put it on the website so they can start taking those applications and then for review that's one thing all right so the other thing before we do that I'd like to I'd like to put that on the agenda for next time to discuss that with the county attorney and see what they recommend for us to do before we before we advertise I don't think it's necessary it's not in the code that way

1:10:43 – 1:10:56•Russell A. King

We do need to resolve and close this issue. It's something we do need to do. We've been without a gospel for a while. Okay. That's one more public officer we need on the street

1:14:40•Gary Martin

You want to go to the microphone while they're coming up here and explain to us all the good things they've been doing?
