13:23 – 13:41•Mark Mobius

So, I don't know if it was because of signage or because I found the place. On the on some state website, but I was under the impression you needed a state permit to go there. To even access the property, like, the access permit, like, you wouldn't I don't think so. Okay.

19:38 – 20:10•Mark Mobius

We can agree to disagree. I mean, it goes all the way to the back. There has been something there, but we'll just have to... I spent a lot of time back there over the years with the kids. But anyway. It's not very wide, but it's wide enough. Is there... Would there be any objection to my trying to make this into an online fillable form? Yes, 100%. So that... I mean, that would be easy enough.

20:11 – 20:28•Mark Mobius

The only thing is some of the people with time to do this may not be technically savvy or may resist that kind of thing, but... Should be used to it by now.

22:34 – 22:45•Mark Mobius

to keep people off of their property. I wonder if someone can have a conversation with them to say, how about a nice split rail fence so that's easy, you know, defined, but... Well, the trees are already there.

22:59•Mark Mobius

I can't remember what... Is it screening the house? I mean, was it just... you're gonna block the view.

28:10 – 28:37•Mark Mobius

Sure. I sprayed the two areas that have been marked off. It was in ideal conditions. It was cooler than I would love, and A little wet, but it's sort of the time we had. It seems to, it did better than I thought it would in the one area that was predominantly mugwort. But on the other side, closer to the parking area, the grass, it was, what's it, fox?

28:38 – 29:22•Mark Mobius

Foxtail grass is so dense that it really didn't penetrate below this superficial layer of this stuff. That said, that layer of stuff has seemed to suppress the mugwort. Pretty good. I'm going to go out again by the time we get out of here, but this week to give certain areas another spray just to hit them again. But I was impressed. It was more effective than I thought it would be in the areas where it could make contact. So from there, I guess Matt's going to come and cut plow. Are we going to have Dan cut it?

31:07 – 31:34•Mark Mobius

I have the Tyvek suit and all that, but... The other thing is, like, right now I've got enough to go out there and do one of those sections. I've got a couple more cases. I've got an order from 10. But I don't know why it takes so long to get this stuff. It seems like Amazon will get it to you in a couple of days with taxes. But, you know, you sort of want to get a certain amount of contact. And if it's blowing all over the place, you're sort of wasting it.

32:02 – 32:24•Mark Mobius

And that's a viable way of doing these things. Some people argue that it's better to have the seed there with the freeze-thaw over the winter, and it makes better contact. So, I don't know. I haven't done enough for this to know if that's actually better or worse, but it's not like out of .

32:50 – 33:29•Mark Mobius

The other thing is that I feel like if we plant now, you know, it's going to be cut and whatnot. Right. These things are going to tend to germinate later than some of these you know like the mugwort will start coming out because there will always be little bits and pieces it'll give us a chance to hit that before the seed comes up you know right and knock that back it could actually work to work okay yeah because we're gonna have to maintain the mugwort while the stuff is trying to grow right yeah okay i would say it was gonna be easy
