Matters raised at this time may be briefly discussed by the Commission and will generally be referred to staff and/or placed on a subsequent agenda. Under State law, other than for emergency items, no action can be taken at this meeting.

DISCLOSURE OF SITE VISITS AND EX-PARTE CONTACTS

Commissioners to provide disclosure of site visits and ex-parte contacts for items on the agenda.

Miscellaneous Permit (MISC 26-026) | Review and consideration of a proposed tattoo and body piercing Studio “Momento Rosa” located at 305 E. Matilija Street, Unit 101B (APN No. 021-0-140-260). Property Owner(s): George and Deborah Watson. Applicant: Robyn Farrell, Momento. General Plan Land Use Designation of the site is Downtown Commercial (DC). Zoning Classification of General Commercial (C-1)

RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the public hearing, accept public testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2. Consider adopting the resolution approving Miscellaneous Permit (MISC 26-026) for the proposed Tattoo, Body Art and Piercing Studio at the proposed location of 305 E. Matilija Street, Unit 101B subject to the findings and conditions of approval of the resolution (Attachment A). The Assessor's Parcel Number for the site is 022-0-021-020. Property Owners: Andre Sayre, Choyee Sayre, Iris L. Chan-Sayre. Representative: Tatiana Arnaout, Origins Engineering

RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the public hearing, accept public testimony, and close the public hearing; and 2. Consider adopting Resolution (Attachment A) recommending the City Council approve Tentative Parcel Map (TPM 25-001) as the findings required within the Ojai Municipal Code can be made, subject to conditions of approval.
