PUBLIC HEARINGS•Item 1

Determine that the proposed Carefield Lincoln project is adequately addressed by the previously adopted Carefield Living Addendum to the Subsequent Environmental Impact Report and no further environmental review is required.

Adopt a Resolution approving the Specific Development Plan/Development Permit (Design Review), and Conditional Use Permit (CUP) Time Extension project for Carefield Lincoln with project-specific and typical conditions of approval.
