2026-23SP(26-02) – Sketch Plan – Bunker Lane Fuel Station
Request: Sketch Plan for review and feedback Applicant: Lexus Cain, Plan4Land Description: Request for review and feedback for a fuel canopy and service building with a drive-thru on the east side of Sawmill Parkway, south of Bunker Lane. The building is proposed to be approximately 5,000 SF with 5 fuel pumps proposed at the 3,000 SF canopy. The site is zoned CO, Commercial District.
