2026-3465: A request by October Ventures LLC for approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior improvements to the rear elevation of the structure at 18 North Sandusky Street.
REGULAR BUSINESS•Item B
2026-3719: A request by 6 North Sandusky St LLC for approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace six windows on the front (west) elevation and five windows on the rear (east) elevation. The applicant is additionally requesting approval for two additional alternate requests relating to window and door replacement.
