2027 - 2028 UTILITY SYSTEMS REVENUE REQUIREMENTS, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) AND FEES
Public Works Department – Utility Systems Division recommends adoption of an ordinance adopting the 2027-2028 water, wastewater and surface water utility rates, King County Wastewater Treatment Charges, utilities System Development Charges, and the Skyway Wholesale Water rates to be effective the first day of January 2027 and 2028 as part of the city’s 2027/2028 Biennial Budget.
