STAFF COMMUNICATIONS
Approval of the Minutes from the Planning Commission Meeting held on October 06, 2026.
ADOPT Resolution No. 14-26 conditionally approving CUP No. PC-2026-0022-CUP to allow the establishment and operation of a new barber school at 2008 West Whittier Boulevard, Unit A (“Project Site”), within an existing 1,530 square foot commercial tenant space currently occupied by a barbershop;
DETERMINE and FIND that the project (ENV No. 05-26) is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines, Section 15301 - Existing Facilities.
