APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM SEPTEMBER 24, 2026
DESIGN REVIEW FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS TO A CONTRIBUTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE; EXEMPTION FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA) PURSUANT TO SECTION 15301
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt the resolution approving the Design Review for the exterior alterations to a contributing single-family residence located at 315 East K Street, based on the findings and subject to the conditions listed in the proposed resolution, after a public hearing and determination that the project is exempt from CEQA.
OPEN GOVERNMENT TRAINING DISCUSSION
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Annual review and discussion of open government laws and transparency requirements as mandated by the Brown Act and the Benicia Municipal Code. The purpose of this item is for staff and board members to discuss the training content and address any related questions or issues.
