8. 10:00 a.m. – Presentation of a $1500 gift card from Bob's Discount Furniture to the Pahrump Valley Firefighters Association. (5-minute time limit)

a. The statuses of outstanding abatements for 2250 Manse, 980 S. Firebird Circle, 6481 N. Quebarda Ave., and 2461 S. Mallard Ave, Pahrump NV; and

b. To establish how the County is to fund the cost of the abatements prior to placing a lien on the property once abatements are completed.
