Reallocate acreage from the Employment/Campus District, Open Space/Park District, and roads to the Residential District, while retaining the same number of dwelling units, to allow the dwelling units in the Maui Research & Technology Park to be less dense.

Amend certain development standards for the Maui Research & Technology Park.

Make a minor medical center a permitted use within the Civic District.

Remove the development cap for the combined general merchandising and eating and drinking establishments build-up area and reduce the maximum total non-residential build-up area from 2,000,000 square feet to 1,800,000 square feet.
