In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court may impose a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court. Discussion, Consideration and Approval of all matters incident and related to the issuance and sale of "Denton County, Texas, Tax Notes, Series 2026," including the adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of such notes, establishing parameters for the sale and issuance of such notes, delegating certain matters to an authorized official of the County, and resolving other matters incident and related thereto. Approval of Budget Amendment Request #2027-475 for County Administration to transfer $1,664,140 from Permanent Improvement Fund, Unappropriated Contingency to Permanent Improvement Fund, Projects, to fund the purchase of real commercial property described as 1512 E. McKinney Street, being Lot 1A-3, Block 1, of the Adkisson Addition, an addition to the City of Denton, Denton County. and any appropriate action.
