for the purpose of adopting a Fee Schedule for implementation of the Permanent Rent Stabilization and Protection Act of 2024 ("PRSA") and authorizing the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement, to charge such fees, subject to approval by the County Council after notice and public hearing.

for the purpose of approving, pursuant to Section 819 of the Charter for Prince George's County, Maryland, multiyear contract modifications, described in Attachment A, each exercising an available option year and raising the aggregate contract ceiling to an amount in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), for snow and ice control services; and approving, pursuant to Section 819 of the Charter, increased funding for multiyear contracts for transportation services described in Attachment B, for which previously approved funding is insufficient to meet Fiscal Year 2027 requirements.

for the purpose of transmitting the Local Impact Grant Funds Multiyear Plan to the County Council for review and approval.

for the purpose of changing the water and sewer category designations of properties within the 2018 Water and Sewer Plan.
