CALL TO ORDER

San Dieguito Water District Board Members receive an independent stipend of $100 for convening the Water District meetings pursuant to San Dieguito Water District Resolution No. 89-07.

Each speaker is allowed three (3) minutes to address the board. All Oral Communications speaker requests must be received by the Clerk by the start of oral communications. Up to 30 minutes are available for comments on items not on the agenda. Remarks must be addressed to the board as a whole. State law prohibits board action on non-agenda items. As appropriate, items may be referred to the General Manager for follow-up or placement on a future agenda. Please be aware that the President has the authority to reduce equally each speaker's time to accommodate a larger number of speakers.

ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE CONSENT CALENDAR

Authorization to Sign Documents with the County of San Diego Establishing a New Parcel on Shared Property with the Santa Fe Irrigation District at 6310 El Montevideo in Rancho Santa Fe.

Environmental Considerations: The action being considered by the Board is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the environment. The action is also exempt from CEQA under Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines because it involves an organizational or administrative activity of government that will not result in the direct or indirect physical change in the environment. Recommended Action: Adopt Resolution No. 2026-13, titled "A Resolution of the Board of Directors of the San Dieguito Water District Authorizing the General Manager to Sign a Discretionary Permit Application and Associated Documents with the County of San Diego to Initiate the Establishment of a New Parcel at 6310 El Montevideo". 2026-10-21 SDWD Item S10A El Montevideo Boundary Adjustment
