Assignment and Assumption of MADabolic's Sky Building Job Creation Incentive Agreement
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE OAKLAND PARK COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA), APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF THE SKY BUILDING JOB CREATION INCENTIVE AGREEMENT FROM MAD SOFLO LLC D/B/A MADABOLIC OAKLAND PARK TO MAD OPARK LLC D/B/A MADABOLIC OAKLAND PARK AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CRA OFFICIAL TO EXECUTE THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
