A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FLORIDA, DECLARING THE UNOPPOSED CANDIDATES FOR THE OFFICES OF MAYOR, HARBOR ISLAND COMMISSIONER, AND COMMISSIONER-AT-LARGE TO BE DULY ELECTED WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF AN ELECTION; PROVIDING FOR TRANSMITTAL; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. - VILLAGE CLERK, ALBA L. CHANG
It is recommended that the Village Commission declare the qualified candidates elected to their respective offices without opposition.
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FLORIDA, AWARDING REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. 2025-006-02, PHASE II – CONSTRUCTION OF NORTH BAY VILLAGE HALL/PUBLIC SAFETY COMPLEX AND MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FIRE STATION NO. 27, TO KAST CONSTRUCTION; AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT AND EXPEND PROJECT FUNDS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $50,855,570.49; PROVIDING FOR IMPLEMENTATION; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE - VILLAGE MANAGER, FRANK ROLLASON
It is recommended that the Village Commission adopt the Resolution awarding RFP No. 2025-006-02 to KAST Construction Company Florida, LLC for construction of the Village Hall/Public Safety Complex and Miami-Dade County Fire Station No. 27.
