Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-18
Consider a request by Che Ping Lee to allow a drive-thru that will not meet the standards in section 10.60.090 of the Zoning Ordinance, that will be in conjunction with a proposed Chinese Restaurant and approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-18 based on the findings and subject to the recommended conditions in Resolution No. 5566. The subject property is located on the northeast corner of Solaria Street and East Prosperity Avenue. [J. Coelho] Environmental: The project is exempt pursuant to Section 15332 (In-Fill Development) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-19
Recommended Action: Consider a request by Bashar Hassan Mohamed to obtain an ABC license, Type 20 (Off-sale Beer and Wine) in conjunction with a proposed convenience store and approve Conditional Use Permit No. 2026-19 based on the findings and subject to the recommended conditions in Resolution No. 5565. The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Inyo Avenue and F Street. [D. Okubo] Environmental: The project is exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (existing facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act.
