TA26-02: Proposed amendments to Chapter 30 of the Unified Development Ordinance to revise use-specific standards for Personal Service Establishments by removing the Office and Institutional (OI) and Neighborhood Commercial (NC) zoning districts from Section 30-4.C.4.i.9.

Recommendation: The Professional Planning Staff recommends that the Planning Commission move for Option (1) and recommend approval of the proposed text amendment to the City Council.
