26-1067 Approve Utilization of Contract R220402 Between Region 4 Education Service Center and SAK Construction, LLC for Trenchless Technology Rehabilitation and Related Products and Services in an Amount not to Exceed $2,000,000 Annually Through the Term Ending February 28, 2027, and Authorize the City Manager to Approve any Modifications, Terminations or Renewals in Concurrence with Region 4 Education Service Center.
