Ministerial Development Review for the development of a new affordable senior housing project consisting of 38 units on a vacant 0.33-acre parcel identified as a Housing Element site. The subject property is designated High Density Residential under the Eden Area General Plan and High Density Residential (HDR-86-HE) Zoning District. The project site is located at 705 Bartlett Avenue, on the north side of Bartlett Avenue, approximately 700 feet northeast of Hesperian Boulevard, within the San Lorenzo area of unincorporated Alameda County, bearing County Assessor's Parcel Number 412-0087-078-00.

Consideration of Recommendation for Adoption of the Bay Fair Community-Based Transportation Plan (CBTP) - Action Item
Planning Department staff will present the proposed Bay Fair Community-Based Transportation Plan (CBTP), a collaborative effort co-led by Alameda County and the City of San Leandro. The CBTP aims to make travel to and from Bay Fair BART, schools, and local destinations easier, safer, and more convenient in San Leandro and Ashland. The CBTP includes recommended transportation improvements developed through extensive community outreach. Action on the item will provide a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
