A Show Cause was issued to Geeta R. Babaria and Susmita K. Parekh, My Bryantown Store, LLC t/a Bryantown Store, 6435 Leonardtown Road, Bryantown, Maryland 20617, alleging a violation of ABC Art. §18-2003, which states, "part of [the Licensed Premises] where alcoholic beverages are sold or displayed may be open only during" 0600 to 0200 the following day Monday through Saturday and 0600 to midnight on Sunday for a holder of a Class D-BW license; in addition the Schow Cause alleges a violation of BOLC Rule 6.119, which in relevant part states, "In Charles County, the hours of sale for alcoholic beverages shall be Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 2 a.m. the following day; and on Sunday from 6 a.m. to Midnight. [...] It is unlawful for any licensee, his/her/their agent or employee, to sell any alcoholic beverages or keep part of any premises, where alcoholic beverages are sold or displayed open on any day and hours, other than indicated under subsection 1 of this section."
