Recommendation: Approve September 14, 2026 minutes.

E-Bike Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on E-bike related outreach and education

Education and Outreach Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on newsletter progress and member biographies for the website

Events Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on Youth Festival planning and event coordination

Environmental Outreach Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on the Home Hardening project in collaboration with the Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC) and PVUSD.

Legislative Outreach Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on relevant local, state, or federal legislation.

Mental Health Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on the Mental Health event planning, including a list of contacts, questions for participants and general event vision.

Accessibility and Inclusion Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on potential subcommittee projects and volunteer opportunities.

Emergency Preparedness Subcommittee

Recommendation: Provide updates on collaboration with the Emergency Preparedness Committee (EPC)

Budget (Song, Chan-Mott and Wen)

Recommendation: Receive and file the budget balance; if needed, direct staff to utilize funds towards authorized purposes.
