VARIANCE REQUEST•Item 1
Jamie Spaulding, 757 Longford Drive, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 9-foot by 37-foot driveway extension (widening), which is 5 feet wider than the maximum width allowed based on the 20-foot-wide garage to which it leads.
VARIANCE REQUEST•Item 2
Kyle Fulford, on behalf of the owners Jeffrey and Steffi Matheny at 1117 Sandpiper Lane, has requested a variance to allow the construction of a 13-foot by 45-foot driveway extension (widening), which is 15-feet wider at the greatest width than the maximum width allowed based on the 20-foot-wide garage to which it leads.
