Stormwater Task Force - Regular Meeting

CALL TO ORDER

PUBLIC COMMENT

At this time, public comment will be taken on those items that are within the jurisdiction and control of the Stormwater Task Force. Public comment is limited to three minutes per speaker. Public comment will only be taken at the beginning and end of the meeting.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA

For possible action. Approval of proposed agenda. The Douglas County Stormwater Task Force reserves the right to take items in a different order to accomplish business in the most efficient manner, to combine two or more agenda items for consideration, and to remove items from the agenda or delay discussion relating to items on the agenda.

For possible action. Discussion to approve the draft minutes of the regular meeting on September 9, 2026, of the Stormwater Task Force.

For possible action. Discussion to cancel or reschedule the October 21, 2026, and November 11, 2026, Task Force meetings due to scheduling conflicts.

For possible action. Discussion to establish a roadmap for the Stormwater Task Force's future meetings.

The roadmap may include key topics for consideration, information or presentations needed, meeting format options, and opportunities for public feedback.

For possible action. Presentation and discussion regarding the Stormwater Program's budget, including historical expenditures and grant applications, and maintenance records.

Discussion may include revenues, expenses, and fund accounting, grant applications and grant-funded projects; existing stormwater infrastructure and assets; maintenance activities and records.
