For Discussion Only - Discussion and presentation regarding the Jump Around Carson (“JAC”) Federal Fiscal Year (“FFY”) 2027-2030 Transit Asset Management (“TAM”) Plan. (Marcus Myers, Transit Coordinator)

For Possible Action – Discussion and possible action regarding (1) Highway Agreement No. PR384-26-063 (“Agreement”) with the Nevada Department of Transportation (“NDOT”) to partially fund the construction of the District 4 South Carson Street Preservation Project (“Project”) through $790,688 in Surface Transportation Block Grant (“STBG”) funds, plus a 5 percent local match of $41,615, and $1,214,197 in additional funding outside of the Agreement, for a total Project cost of $2,046,500; and (2) authorization for the Transportation Manager to execute the Agreement as well as any future amendments to the Agreement regarding extensions of time or changes in funding that do not increase the total amount by more than 10 percent.
