8:26 – 8:39•Karen Dallman

anybody doesn't have any questions I'd like to hear from the members from the different pet communities Gail Donna come on up

17:23 – 17:45•Karen Dallman

they're here and we have to deal with them in a positive way and welcome the caregivers that are willing to do the job so thank you donna if i may ask you uh when you speak of the caregivers are you talking about those of you that are in a specific program or maybe educating some of our population to become a community caregiver of cats.

46:20 – 46:36•Karen Dallman

Thank you, Tricia. I do have a question for Ali. Ali, is there on the website for the, well, even Jeff, you can answer this, anything regarding the policy if somebody brings in a cat about us neutering it or

57:09 – 57:37•Karen Dallman

what exactly we need to put in writing sometimes more ordinances are not better i agree i like that anybody else do i have anybody from the audience come on up yes good afternoon council my name is harvey pryor and i mainly come with questions on this um

1:04:57 – 1:05:27•Karen Dallman

Mr. Pryor, let me ask you a question. So you don't want anybody in your yard. You want to trap the cat yourself. what's to keep you maybe from calling one of the community members that has a system in place to take the animals to kingman more regularly than once a week or whatever the case is or would you be willing to help supplement that nothing is stopping me from calling one of those i just assumed you know because i am an ass i guess but

1:05:39 – 1:05:50•Karen Dallman

Well, and it's obvious, I believe, Kingman works with a couple of vets in town. Is that why they are able to spay and neuter so many up there or educate me on that?

1:06:00•Karen Dallman

So potentially maybe we can also look at working with a couple of local vets if they'd be willing to.

1:12:10•Karen Dallman

Thank you. Do I have anybody else from the audience?

1:15:22•Karen Dallman

Anyone else from the audience? Yes, go right ahead.

1:16:50•Karen Dallman

And your clinic, you're already full for the 200, voucher-wise, obviously.

1:18:40 – 1:18:55•Karen Dallman

So what I'm hearing, Tricia, Donna, is that you guys want us to wait a short period of time, kind of monitor what's happening since we've kind of educated our animal control a little bit about what's happening. And hopefully community members have

1:24:10•Karen Dallman

And if that's it, then I will call this meeting. And thank you, very productive, and I'm hoping to work and resolve this in the future.

1:29:58•Karen Dallman

All right, we are ready to reconvene. And so we're here today for a special work session. We are continuing on with item number two.

1:43:59•Karen Dallman

Thank you. Anyone else? Do I have anyone from the audience that would wish to speak about this? No? Oh, okay, come on up.

1:47:50•Karen Dallman

Anybody else? All right, seeing no one rise. No more questions?

1:48:49 – 1:49:07•Karen Dallman

property they would just have to comply with new restrictions and you know the policies as you would all establish when that comes back okay thank you i want to thank the planning and zoning commissioners for showing up and listening to us and that concludes our meeting thank you
