Discussion, deliberation and possible action to approve Shaw Engineer's recommendation to award the bid to Simerson Construction, LLC in the amount of $668,900.00 for the Booster Station Improvement (DW2614) with funding to come from the Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Program. In addition, approval for the Tonopah Town Board Chairman to sign the agreement and all related documents for this award.

Discussion, deliberation and possible action to approve changing the date and time of the regularly scheduled Tonopah Town Board meetings in November and December as follows: November 25, 2026 regular meeting to A) Friday, November 20, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.; or B) Monday November 23, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. and the December 23, 2026 regular meeting date to A) Friday December 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.; or B) Monday December 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Tonopah Convention Center.

For Possible Action:

Discussion, deliberation and possible action to approve a letter to Puckett Investments regarding the purchase of parcel ID 002-32-101 for a proposed sewer easement for Tonopah Public Utilities. Purchase offer amount of $1,600.
