STUART YACHT CORPORATION REZONING (S200-002) (QUASI-JUDICIAL)
This is a request by Fox McCluskey, PLLC on behalf of Stuart Yacht Corporation for rezoning approval to the proposed WGC, Waterfront General Commercial zoning district for three contiguous parcels. The current R-2, Single Family District, a Category "B" district, is not compatible with the existing Commercial Waterfront Land Use Designation. The subject properties are located adjacent to the Saint Lucie Waterway off Salerno Road, west of South Kanner Highway in Stuart.
