No, I am actually in a super nice hotel in Chicago. Chicago. Yeah, I'm here for the transportation conference for Southwest Transit.

20:42 – 21:03•Erik Perschmann

So hey Brent yeah as I look at this, it looks like we're hitting that peak a little earlier than i've seen in previous presentations is that correct that I thought we hit that peaks. More in the 2030s and now. We hit it at 2029. Is that a change?

24:05 – 25:19•Erik Perschmann

when we know that there's going to be growth that can absorb that cost a few more years down the road so that's my comment eric so my concern would be the delay the cost of delay would likely outpace the additional revenue coming in from more residents Yeah, more residents. You know, we've talked about this for the last couple of years. We'll get to this point where our tax rate comes down a bit. But I really worry about delaying the project. will likely add millions to the cost. So we just move it down the road. We split it up between more people, true, but at a much higher cost. And I don't

25:30•Erik Perschmann

I'm sorry. I'm getting breaks in the communication here.

25:43 – 26:20•Erik Perschmann

It's actually... A little bit more promising than I thought. I really thought that we didn't hit the decline until about 2033, but I'm maybe operating off of old information. So to see that we hit the peak in 2029, we knew this curve would happen this way. We knew that we would have more residents. Am I still connected?

26:23 – 26:41•Erik Perschmann

We knew we would have more residents going into the pool and lowering that tax rate for everybody. So this is what we've discussed. This is the plan. This is the strategy. I don't want to deviate from this.

28:22 – 29:08•Erik Perschmann

Well, one point of clarification I'd like to make just for folks that are watching this is I think there's always some panic when you see 48.8% taxes that we remind folks that this is a percentage of a percent. So this is a percentage of the tax capacity, not not representing it doesn't it doesn't mean uh 48.8 tax when i i've had a resident reach out to me concerned about that number thinking that we were actually taxing at that rate, but that this is a percentage of 1%. Am I stating that correctly?
