So item number one was the adoption of the Town of Grand Island Municipal Review and Coordination Procedure. As I've been told, I tend to speak too soft. um this is a procedure that helps us review um projects as they come forward developments it was first established back in 23 and it was included in a design standards this was worked on by our what at that point was the long-range planning board over the past two years we've noticed several areas where there needs to be a we call them triggers, to put a project back through the review process. So that's what this will cover. It will also do

Yes, I've got that. So I'll do that tonight and have it tomorrow, Patty.

Well, that's the fill. That's the buried wetland right there.

2:11:35•Jose Garcia

So I did a project for a guy on First Street that put in an arch-plated bridge over a roadside ditch over there.

2:15:18 – 2:15:43•Jose Garcia

There's a lot to consider tonight. Appreciate everyone's comments. Mr. Oliveri, I did a little research on flock cameras. I don't have an exact answer, but the only agency that's allowed to put them up without notifying anybody is the state police. Those are state intersections, I believe, but I'm willing to ask the question to see what it is, because I'm not aware of being notified about this either.

2:15:46 – 2:16:16•Jose Garcia

yeah the only like i said the only agency under under the policy in new york state that can do it without notifying the municipality is the new york state police so i'm assuming it's the state police but yeah sure they're going to share the information but something we can look into and if it's something we can have a say in i certainly will thank you all set yes sir councilwoman deal

2:16:20 – 2:16:47•Rhonda Diehl

some work to do on looking at a past plan that i couldn't access tonight do that i do hope that this procedure brings some clarity to how things should move through and what what flights it should move and how communication should happen it may not be perfect but it certainly step forward
