West County Board of Zoning Adjustments Action: Declared the business in violation of the Tobacco Retailers Ordinance and denied the appeal of the business owner, upheld the revocation of Retailer's tobacco license (TRL2021-01015), and ordered tobacco retailer to pay outstanding fines and fees which total $1,268.00. Planning Staff recommendation: That the Board of Supervisors uphold the decision of the West County Board of Zoning Adjustments (WBZA) and deny the appeal. Attachment

APPROVE A RECOMMENDATION OF THE SUNOL CITIZENS ADVISORY COUNCIL

- to use Community Improvement Funds for the purchase and installation of three (3) wayfinding signs and the installation of a fourth (existing) wayfinding sign for the benefit of the Sunol Community. Sunol Advisory Council recommendation: Approve the funding request. Planning Staff recommendation: Approve the funding request. Attachment

UPDATE ON PROPOSED AFFORDABLE HOUSING PRODUCTION POLICIES: INCLUSIONARY ZONING AND EXPANSION OF MINISTERIAL APPROVAL

ADOPT A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROHOUSING DESIGNATION APPLICATION

Planning Staff Recommendation: That the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution authorizing application to and participation in the Prohousing Designation Program of the State Department of Housing and Community Development and authorizing the Community Development Agency Director to make non-substantive changes after the completion of the required 30-day comment period to finalize the application.
