Recommended Action: Approve minutes.

Election of Officers for the Santa Ana Youth Council for the 2026-2027 Term

Recommended Action: Elect a Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the Santa Ana Youth Council to serve for the 2026-2027 Term.

Recommend the Release of a Request for Proposals for the Procurement of WIOA Youth Services for Program Year 2027–2028

Recommended Action: Recommend the Workforce Development Board direct staff to develop, finalize, and release the Request for Proposal to procure Youth Service Providers for Program Year 2027-2028.
