Southface Housing Project Update (2:30pm)

Listen to presentation and provide feedback. Background: Southface is 34% complete. The original finish package was value-engineered to typical Vail Valley workforce standards to protect contingency against early construction risks. Those risks are now substantially reduced: material escalation, sitework and rock removal, subcontractor buyout, and MEP coordination. Only $160,673 of the $5.45 million general contingency has been used.
