Staff will introduce the need for revisions to the City of Charlotte's Code of Ordinances in order to transfer operations of the public transportation system to the Metropolitan Public Transportation Authority (MPTA).

Policy Referral: Development & Transportation Infrastructure

Staff will propose enhanced reporting of transportation rezoning requirements, incorporating the recommendations and guidance provided by the TPD Committee during its meeting on September 3rd.
