1:29 – 1:53•Amelia Aboff

Thank you, Sherry and Kevin. My name is Amelia Aboff. I am the vice chair of the planning board chairing this evening's meeting. With me are our clerk, Jahan Habib, and members Lynn Richards, Michael McNeely, Luke Schuster, and Coralie Cooper. We are reconvening here and have quorum. Jahan, can you please read the notices into the record?

8:29•Amelia Aboff

I think you got a round of applause for that. Well done. Thank you. And with that, we will turn it back over to your meeting, Jerry and Kevin.

44:09 – 44:28•Amelia Aboff

45:01•Amelia Aboff

Thank you so much, Lynn. Have a great evening. Chair Youngkamp, and happy to have the public testimony. Thank you.

1:31:25 – 1:35:11•Amelia Aboff

Apologies to Chairman Ewen Campin for not being able to be here tonight. I want to address the three main issues I see with this amendment. First, we already have parking maximums in our ordinance for commercial and mixed-use buildings and transit zones. We're proposing to reduce these on a building-by-building basis. It's good that we want to encourage walking in our commercial areas. However, we ought to be discussing district-wide parking needs and

We do have a number of other items in the planning board. So if we could clear in first, I'd be grateful.

2:06:43•Amelia Aboff

I move to adjourn the joint hearing so that we can reconvene our planning board meeting seconded by Jahan. Alvaro, can you please call the roll for us?

2:07:03•Amelia Aboff
