Addendum to Item #5 - Request to consider a $250,000 contribution to Creek Lands Conservation to support El Niño preparation efforts through the Creek Ready SLO Landowner Technical Assistance Program for property owners in the unincorporated areas of the county.
Staff is moving the agenda placement of this item to Board Business, and adding the item transmittal, Board letter, and related attachments to the item which clarify the scope of work and payment terms in the proposed agreement with Creek Lands Conservation. (Executive Office)

Addendum to Item #11 - Request to 1) adopt a resolution amending the Position Allocation List (PAL) for Fund Center (FC) 136 - Sheriff-Coroner for 1.00 FTE Deputy Sheriff to support patrol operations and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) airport security requirements at the SLO County Airport (SBP) in coordination with the County of San Luis Obispo Department of Airports (Airports); and 2) authorize a corresponding budget adjustment request (BAR) in the amount of $222,884 to FC 136 - Sheriff-Coroner using FC 425 - Airports Interdepartmental Revenue from Airport Enterprise Fund in the amount of $215,340 and from State Aid – Realignment Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund in the amount of $7,544 for fiscal year (FY) 2026-27, by a 4/5 vote.
Staff has amended the recommendation to correct a clerical error.
